Our accommodation is top notch! We booked on line and recieved a confirmation email with dates and advice to contact the owner to make check in arrangements. However there was no contact number. We could not get a response from wotif as to how to get into our accommodation, except for an email saying someone would contact us within 3 days. This seems weird considering the purpose of wotif is for last minute bookings. Luckily the owner had her mobile number on the front door when I took a chance at checking the entrance.

4 hour delay We got up . 4 am to find out the flight was delayed till 10 then sat in the plane for another hour.We were not notified via email.The SMS did not come trough till 3 am in the morning. I m a long standing customer and am not very happy with your lack if response.We had to ring virgin and they could not even send us a confirmation email.Not happy at all.
