The worst experience ever. You don’t make cancellation easy
and the hotel will not cancell without your approval and unlike booking.com which is a great site you don’t help the customer

Service was amazing. I mentioned on check in that it was our Anniversary to which the staff member on the front desk wished us a Happy Anniversary.
After unloading the car we were greeted again, this time with new keys and were moved from the 3rd floor to the 20th floor. We had an amazing view of Southbank and were greeted with a bottle of bubbly on arrival. This just made our day and we couldn’t have been any happier.

Good photo representation to hotel room free parking as promised good location and price and on short notice only booked the day before

The hotel information on Wotif was wrong. When I wanted to cancel the booking the means to do so was missing. When I tried inquire about how to fix the problem online I got an automatic response that was wrong. I plan to refer the matter to the state Department of Fair Trading for multiple breaches of consumer law.
