No problem with y 1st booking for Dec.28th but I’m still awaiting for confirmation of my 2nd booking for the same motel on Jan 3rd. I’ve emailed twice for this confirmation and I’m still waiting for it… 4 days later.
Not good enough.
Could pl see if I can get that 2nd confirmation.

The first time I booked airline tickets it did not go through and I had to go through process again. Also when I rang the help line I could not get through.

I stay in hotels quiet often and I must say the room service best fish and chips is here!!!

pretty poor, had to cancel accom due to family emergency. called hotel to let them know. they told me all was good and I needed to cancel through wotif to be able to get my money back. so that’s what I have done and no refund has come back!!
