A great hotel in the best location in Oslo. The young lady in reception (Shalom I think) was fantastic. She organised for our room to be cleaned so we could check in early which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for the three of us. Very stylish, clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots of food options. Overall, a great hotel.

This was a stopover for a couple of days for me and my daughter before travelling to Trondheim where she will commence university for 6 months. We were having difficulty in contacting the university for her accommodation details. The staff helped me contact the university and were so helpful. The staff were an absolute delight and the Norwegian hospitality was unbeatable. Hotel in great location for sightseeing and general shopping. Keep up the good work ✔️

Perfect place to celebrate a family Christmas
We were an extended family with three small children who were looking for a place to celebrate Christmas together in Norway. The Nissehus was an easy 3.5 hour drive from Oslo, good clear instructions for arrival. The house itself was beautifully located in a larger cabin area with pretty landscape ...

This hotel is in a beautiful location and looks lovely , however most of the staff were not helpful at all and I found them rude there is a pool but on arrival we were told this is not for children and very small the spa was not accessible and closed Sunday and Monday and you have to pay to use it ...

Very centrally located by the harbour, across the road for the airport bus and two minutes walk to Unesco Brygge site. Rather tired atmosphere but reasonable value for Bergen. Recommend Mostrtaumen fjord trip, funicular and 'Around Bergen in 80 minutes' walking tour with Don was fantastic
