Great hotel, stayed for 5 nights. Amazing views, relaxing bar area and seating area upstairs. Breakfast had a good selection. Awesome location - for skiing and seeing the Olympic set up. Train station 10/15mins walk down the hill. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was beautiful. Front desk and restaurant staff are not so great. Could use some humility and a big customer service course. The room had no tissues, we asked for some at the front desk, their answer was we don't use tissues, use the toilet paper (??). another instance we arrive at restaurant for breakfast at 10:30 (closes at 11), we are asked to sit in a darker area because they were getting ready for lunch (understood), at 10:45, the waiter turns the light off on us and complains (pouting) that we ask for the lights to be turned on. Other than that, the view is fantastic!

I thought we’d be too far from town center especially we don’t have a car. But it’s perfect to stay away from city center and enjoy the nature of the surrounding. Uber back & forth if needed. It’s reasonable price to either take taxi or tram to restaurants if you want to try other meals. The hotel is amazing. Service is great. Buffet n more than sufficient. If you are a gym goer, you’d love the hotel gym (biggest and elegant for a hotel)

The hotel itself was beautiful, view's breathtaking however we were only told at check-in that the spa and pool are closed until further notice and don't park in the underground car park as it is not run by the hotel and will cost an absolute fortune on checkout staff fail to tell that a free car park is available outdoors.

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had a lot of variety, hotel and grounds are very nice looking, and the room was very spacious. The room and bathroom was very clean, apart from mildew in the shower

This hotel MADE our stay in Oslo! Gorgeous inside & out, beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds, fabulous breakfast & sunrise & sunset views across the entire city. We didn’t want to leave. Easy walk to the train which is a 30 minute journey to the centre of oslo.

Was a nice stay without being great. Housekeeping standards are terrible and staff were between very very good and very poor. Having said that, breakfast, the gym and the proper condition were very very good and transport links into Oslo are excellent

Great location , outside the city but spectacular views of the city and close to nature paths etc . Walkable distance to train system to go to the city. Only disadvantage is limited dining options if you choose not to eat at the restaurant in the premises
