This place is truly a palace and they treat their guests like royalty. The service is exceptional and nothing like what I have experienced in my recent travels to 12 other Asian countries. Honestly, I can't sing enough praises about the Leela Palace. In particular, I would like to mention the front desk manager, Mr Ansul Sanwal, he really went out of his way to connect with us and make us feel very welcome and special. We will definitely be back and I will sing its praises to anyone I meet! Thank you!!

Beyond 5 star! Incredible service and facilities. The chef Swarmendu made custom meals for me nightly. Lucy in the spa has the gifts one hopes for in a therapist. Ganish the driver has great joy in sharing the city. Loved this property!!!

Great spacious service apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was just perfect for our family stay. Th entire hotel was spotless, elegant, and the service was great. The food could be getter for the price. Overall, great hotel to stay. Will do it again the next time we are in Chennai.

It is good for the price. Rooms are decent and clean. Pool and gym are quite average not really a 5 star IMO but i would say there is a range. I stayed in Leela palace last time which is quite good but also over twice the price. I didn’t like few things in the bathroom like high toilet seat even ...
