We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was a great size and easily accommodated 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and we would definitely stay again!

Grand Hyatt Berlin: Luxury hotel with free WiFi and an indoor pool. Located near a train station.
Breakfast times felt stressy - staff stressed, coffee barely drinkable, poached eggs never done to order in 5 days! Premises excellent, desk and club staff impeccable. Bar and restaurant staff hit and miss for attention to detail and service. Area a bit noisy at night. Overall a good place to stay, although a few tweaks would make it excellent.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area of Berlin. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The highlight is the gigantic fish aquarium.
