Friendly and quiet.
A quiet little hotel a little ways from Cayenne, but wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. And one of the world's best restaurants right next door :). Super pool. WiFi a bit erratic in the room.

Ok hotel with very central location in Cayenne
We arrived at 3am and night check in staff was very efficient and welcoming. Although the country is French speaking, all the staff we met were very good at trying to converse in English while I tried to communicate in fractured French.

Very small gym. No electricity or AC on night one. The kettle in the room is very hazardous and smells like burning plastic when on for a few minutes. A piece of toilet paper for use. The metal bed made noise everytime I breathe. No elevator to take luggage up. This hotel needs more option for "buffet ...
