Simple clean rooms. Accommodation close together. Pool was great to relax around. A bit out of the way (isolated) from beaches, shops and restaurant. However a free bus service is available to take you to nearby communities. Very busy at dinner times, felt about rushed. Food was reasonable. Reception staff extremely helpful.

Hotel Barcelona Universal: Eco-certified hotel with free WiFi and an outdoor pool. Located near a metro station.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here.
Front desk, easy check in. Housekeeping was very good too, with room checks done during the day. Needed a few shirts washed and ironed which was done quickly ( less than 24hours) and delivered by a lovely staff member. Well cared for building in a good location where walking is easy for the most part.
