They put us in old rundown rooms far away from the restaurants and other amenities. The food was not great. Only buffets were available and the hotel was soooo busy. Parents weren’t watching their children in the restaurants and the kids were touching everything and licking the utensils. Not pleasant at all!!

This is a great holiday to keep the kids entertained (which is mostly what we wanted). The food was good and tasty. I felt spoilt with the huge amounts of red prawns on offer almost every night. The pools are fantastic, the lifeguards on patrols were amazing at keeping everything fun and safe. The playground is also great we used it a couple of times in the evening. The complex is big - we stayed in block 42 - and had no trouble getting around. The location setting is beautiful - fantastic outlook. We didn’t use the kids club but I loved the way it was run and the staff really are great. The rooms are a little tired, quite small and there is a drain smell but they are clean and quite comfy beds.

This hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities and entertainment from morning until night. There are pool games, sports activities, evening shows, circus performances, magic shows, and even a silent disco. The all-inclusive package offers delicious meals at four restaurants, as well as snacks, coffee and most drinks at cafe, food truck and bars throughout the day. There are also excellent sports facilities and a sports bar. It’s an ideal place for kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the sea is calm and crystal clear, making it easy to see fish swimming in the water. Putting water shoes on can be required as rocks under the beach. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. The only downside is that it can feel quite crowded this time as it’s a very popular resort. When the time is not peak, I would like to cone again

Perfect family holiday

This is a perfect family hotel. That it is in a resort, makes it so relaxable, and there is no worries about people stealing, like on a public beach. Also you don't have to go around worrying about your children. A safe and relaxing super place
