Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding areas. Just a few minutes walk to the Table Mountain and also to International Conventional Centre. Excellent personnel who are always ready to serve their clients. Relatively cheap accommodation. Wide variety of buffet breakfast and the dinner is mouthwatering. Free shuttle service within the CBD. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cape Heritage Hotel: Business-friendly hotel with free WiFi and 6 restaurants. Located in the city centre.
After a rocky start with a room that was too noisy (tip ask for a room that is not near the music!) our stay was wonderful. The staff were very accomodating and moved us to a different quiet room. Breakfast was beautiful and we ate it in the lovely courtyard shaded by the a vine that is reportedly the oldest one in the Southern Hemisphere that still bears fruit - if fact they do still make wine from it!

Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. ...
