The staff and the location were the highlight of this hotel. Lovely and welcoming, we felt comfortable immediately. The view from our room was spectacular. And a short and beautiful walk brought us to the heart of Portofino. We loved everything about our stay and would gladly stay here again

We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Service was amazing, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were the last travelers in the hotel before they closed for the season and they couldn’t have been more kind & considerate. Can’t wait to visit again.
