Loved our room and view. Understand that there is a building programme but that really impacts access and parking. Great walk lakeside in to Queenstown. Shuttle takes away most of our transport issues during our stay.

Every meal felt like an experience in itself, paired beautifully with the surrounding views and gracious hospitality. Our room was nothing short of magical. The bed — oh, the bed! — felt like floating on a cloud, making restful sleep effortless and dreamy. We have absolutely no complaints… except that we had to leave. What a wonderful place to stay- more like a home than a hotel. David and Wendy were terrific hosts. Excellent soy latte and perfect poached eggs on sourdough for breakfast. We also availed ourselves of the hot tub which takes a while to prepare, but is amazing to sit out on a cool evening and watch the spectacular lightshow of the Remarkables at sunset. Would definitely return!

Excellent place to stay. Loved the view. So easy to chill out

The hotel was wonderful. Located very close to the bus stop, cafes, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and spacious. The complimentary snacks and soft drinks as well as complimentary happy hour was a lovely addition. We arrived a little late and self-check in instructions were very easy. A complimentary bottle of wine in the room as we had missed happy hour was an unexpected surprise. Just wonderful.

Good quality apartment, clean Had some difficulty with the door lock but able to call for help after hours and sorted quickly Staff also posted back some items which had been left behind , great service

The hotel was wonderful. Located very close to the bus stop, cafes, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and spacious. The complimentary snacks and soft drinks as well as complimentary happy hour was a lovely addition. We arrived a little late and self-check in instructions were very easy. Would recommend to those travelling , newly couples or for those on a budget or want to see and try new things and new places
