Rho Hotel: Hotel with free WiFi and breakfast. Located near a train station.
Great location. Could walk almost everywhere. Friendly helpful staff. Only negative is that on the weekends you may hear some street noise but this didnt stop us sleeping! Would definitely stay here again!

The Amsterdam Canal Hotel: Hotel with free WiFi and a bar/lounge. Located in the historical district.
It would have been worth upgrading to a canal view room as my room faced the Main Street which was very noisy. There is no lift and very narrow stairs make heavy suitcases difficult. There is no aircon so my room was very hot.
