Excellent facilities, staff, cleanliness etc. Only negative is there is no air conditioning in the rooms and we were there when it was warm and humid and we were uncomfortable.

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided.
