I have been blown away by how good this property is. We arrived here under trying circumstances due to illness for one of our group and the reception staff have been bending over backwards to help us.
The hotel itself is just magnificent. Our room is spacious, quiet, and very well appointed, and we have a wonderful view of the harbour to sooth our souls. Housekeeping staff are discreet and efficient and all have smiles for you.
Food and drink service staff and the concierge team are also exemplary.
We would really like to give a big shout out to Sefora in reception, Alfonso on the door, and Leserlie and David in the lounge. They, in particular, have made our stay truly wonderful.

The pool areas were good. The staff were welcoming and helpful, unfortunately except for one staff member. There was a variety of food however the hot food was either luke warm or cold.

Very poor standard of brakfast, hot items greasy to the hilt. Issues with toilet blockage 3 days in a row. No provision of potable drinking water which is essential at leat 1litre a day. We're 3. Entry cards often didn't work. Small balcony with rain developed puddle. The property needs major renovation ...
