Great service, but the hotel is a bit worn.

Brilliant welcome from the reception team and the beds are comfortable but the carpets are really grubby and the walls are very thin so you can hear the next room almost word perfect. The hotel is located in a brilliant area with loads of restaurants nearby.

Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well.

Location is good with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good despite being very busy on Sunday morning. The hotel itself is in need of a refurbishment, carpets in the corridors and rooms have seen better days. Furniture is dated and a little tired. Our bathroom had cracked floor tiles. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning quiet and effective

Service and staff were great, my only issue was I couldn’t get the subtitles on the tv, as a hearing impaired person I really needed them. Every thing else wast lovely.

Rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Stayed on the 4th floor try and avoid if you can. Room was directly under restaurant so got disturbed early on with chairs and tables shuffling and banging common about 7.45am

Honestly loved the hotel. Great location on the wharf. 5 minutes onto the main high street. Also a lovely running route along the canal if you turn right from the hotel. Hayley and Jade on reception were excellent and really helpful. Thank you both. The warm cookie on arrival was a lovely touch.

Slightly underwhelmed by our stay at the Double Tree. The bed was spacious but uncomfortable, resulting in back ache the next morning. Also noted that the carpets all looked like they needed a good clean. On a positive note the staff were pleasant.

Amazing hotel

Amazing day/night in Lincoln hotel is in a great place especially on a sunny day bars/restaurants near by the breakfast was amazing also only downside was the room view and very dark in the room but didn’t stay in the room much so not a massive issue will 100% stay again
