Oh dear
Pool was cold, spa was broken, pool side hot bed broken, mens changing room dirty, lack of service personnel in restaurant. Overhearing staff talking to eachother about a new manager starting on tuesday, the restaurant tables wasnt dressed,. We went to the Bentley in june this year and it was 100%, last night it was more like 35%.

Good family( spa, treatments, pool jucuzzi, steam room & gym. Good food in the restaurant. It's just a shames that all the internal bedroom & fire doors in the corridors bang really loudly, plus you get a lot of traffic noise on 2 sides of the hotel.

My room was ok a bit dated but ok, i was disappointed that the steam room was out of order and has been for a long time now as i was told by one of the locals, and there was no spar and beauty staff available on the weekend
