Great Location, Staff, and Room

The staff was great. I was there for business for 7 days that I booked through my company. I then booked another 2 nights through hotels.com. I didn't have to change rooms or keys. All of the billing was correct. If you sleep in late they still clean your room without having to ask. The Internet is extremely fast. The location is perfect. Download the SBB app and every major train and trolley stops at the Enge station literally across the street. My room had an induction stovetop, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and all of the silverware and flatware and cups and glasses you would need. That is great but it's super because there is a grocery store and 2 convenience stores in the train station and the same building as the hotel. The breakfast was great. Fancy coffee and a large selection.

The hotel was overpriced for what it was. The room was tired looking with old curtains covering much of the wall. The bed was squeezed between two walls requiring you to turn sideways to shuffle into your bed. The bathroom was fine but small considering we did not have the least expensive room. The room was poorly lit. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they are charging.

Would highly recommend staying here! The staff were lovely upon check in, they allowed us to check in early and allowed us to leave our bags with them when we checked out! The room had everything we needed and the location was excellent, a one minute walk from the station! I was very impressed with the breakfast, bacon and eggs, what more do you want? Would highly recommend staying here, the staff were so lovely they deserve a shout out as well!

We didn’t spend a great deal of time in the hotel, but what time we did, we found it to be first class. One of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Staff first class. Tram stops right outside, but it’s only a 20 minute walk into town.Would definitely recommend.

This hotel requires some extra walking, but it’s totally worth it for the affordable rate and the larger rooms they have. Breakfast was included and was good. Lots of trams nearby but they are very quiet and we couldn’t hear them from our 2nd floor room.

The property was immaculately decorated with beautiful furnishings. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. Milos at reception was so helpful and friendly. The room had all the facilities we needed plus some lovely touches (welcome chocolates, drinks on the house, hand-written welcome note). The bed was super comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. All in all, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Superb location. If coming by car and hoping to park suggest getting directions before as there’s no set location out front and can be confusing. You need to go in and they give access to garage on opposite side of building for you to drive too . This however after a long day was only inconvenience. Great vibe, rooms great and bed comfy. Great location with public transport directly outside. Will definitely stay again when back in Zurich
