The hotel is located close to Zurich Hauptbahnhof just a few minutes away by foot. The staff is very friendly & helpful. However the room is really tiny tiny and you cannot even open a big suitcase completely.

Such a great location in the middle of everything but also on a side street so less congested than main shopping road. Breakfast buffet was good compared to others in area. Really beautiful modern design in lobby and spacious room for european standards. Will def stay again

Small, well-designed room.

I stayed here for one night at the end of a business trip and the beginning of vacation. This is a great location especially for the price. Right in the center. Also, it has air conditioning which is hard to find and in the summer Zurich can get hot. It’s a very small room but very well designed—but not a place where you can sprawl.

The best value of this property is people working in . Breakfast amazing … bed amaizing . Walkable area almost no need Uber or Taxi . I should recommend the hotel besides it’s a little expensive .

The beds are located against the window with a desk abutting the foot of the bed, so it is difficult for the inside person to get into and out of the bed. There is no coffee pot in the room. The paid buffet breakfast has an assortment of foods, but they are always the same each day, with no variation. They do serve specialty coffees, however. The location of the hotel is near to the train station and shopping areas, which is convenient.

If you are just staying for a short time and don't plan on spending time in the room, it offers the best value. The rooms are very tiny, like apartments in Hongkong, but has everything. It's like visiting a concept room in IKEA. The location cannot be beat. Close to shopping, restaurants, the rivers, and night clubs. Great place for car and people watching. :)

CitizenM is very walkable to central Zurich, with many trams and train station options nearby. The building itself is a bit dated, but they have remodeled it so the room itself is very modern. The smart TV and iPad control aren't very user friendly.
