Thank you the hotel staff for accommodating a jet lagged traveler who arrived in the morning. They offered the first room available so that I could check in early and get some much needed sleep. I appreciate that so much and I will definitely stay at the Ni-Mo again.

Area was top notch but didn’t like the property. You could hear people walking on top floors and it was very disturbing while sleeping. AC didn’t work neither the fan provided. Location is the only plus for this place.

Great location, lovely hotel with comfy bed. Only negatives were tiny shower head and the oranges at breakfast were that old they were dry inside. They definitely need replacing more often.

Clean hotel in Zurich with great breakfast

Clean hotel, contactless entry/parking, make sure to write down door code because nobody is there at checkin to help. Breakfast was excellent with great attention to detail. Parking was arranged in advance and next to hotel.

Staff very helpful, would go out of way to help the clients, very safe area and transport just almost outside, THEY MUST RE-ARRANGE ROOM, Sink in the room(no). Would stay again but in different toom. We had premium double room with balcony, its a one room and sink in the room, although, it did show in pictures.

I had a very good experience staying there for my solo trip. The interior is very clean. The staff member Mina was very attentive and made some arrangements for me because I couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to the early train schedule next morning. I'd recommend it.

A nice boutique hotel

A very nice hotel within walking distance from the old town (10-15 min). Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a lot of choices! It definitely has a special character. A little expensive (25 franks per night) parking behind the building, but it’s Zürich. It would be nice if hotel provides guests with Zurich card (free transportation, discounts in museums and shops). Please pay attention that you need to contact hotel in advance if you arrive after 1 pm, there is nobody at reception. They will send you an instruction for self-checkin.
