酒店的配套设施和环境很满意，服务热情周到。江景房视野非常好，尤其洗手间的落地窗直面长江，景色怡人。大浴缸很舒服，儿子玩的很开心。自助早餐和晚餐品种丰富，尤其是甜品和特色锅盖面一定不能错过。卫生打扫再仔细一点就好了，地毯上还有前面客人留下的牙签。总体来说是一次满意的住宿经历。

第一次从hotels平台订酒店，感觉还有点不太适应，没找到酒店含不含早餐…… 酒店位于长江边上，离西津渡、北固山和高铁站都不远，江边还能有各种活动；总体来说酒店还是相当不错的，毕竟是老牌五星了，房间设施中规中矩，酒店服务也是有求必应，房间打扫的还是很干净至少没发现什么不妥，礼宾服务能够主动开门拿行李，前台入住速度也是很快，就是酒店周边没有超市没有餐饮，好在镇江不大。 总而言之对这次入住很满意，感谢hotels平台！

Didn’t even try to hide the fact they’d been in the room leaving closet doors open and suitcase moved.......Nothing taken but also nothing of value left in the room (I never do). I somehow got upgraded to the Club floor, and the room was pretty nice. My only criticism is in the book the lounge is advertised as being open at 7am with coffee & a small breakfast buffet, but sign posted said it didn't open until 10 am. I had an early train, so missed breakfast

江景房物超所值，浴室直对长江，非常震撼。高层很安静。距离北固山步行即可到达。酒店外公交可以非常方便的抵达焦山和金山，附近有好吃的特色面馆，客房服务周到，洗浴用品是意大利品牌贝佳斯的，洁面产品还可以额外要求提供同样品牌的洁面乳。周到且细心，健身房不大但是设施基本齐全，状况良好，游泳池有点窄。总体来说入住非常舒适。

Our room was comfortable, and although we had some issues with the light switches operating incorrectly, this was quickly fixed by the maintenance staff within 24 hours. Definitely a good choice if you are visiting Zhenjiang.

Best so far!

I've been staying in hotels throughout China for the last two weeks and the Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang is the best so far. This includes the Portman Ritz in Shanghai which was overpriced and just average compared to the Crowne Plaza. The room was fabulous with two full length windows, the breakfast buffet was the best so far in Jiangsu, Taiwan, and Guangdong province and the lobby was excellent. No complaints!!
