The breakfast was delicious with lots of local choices, and the free shuttle to the park was so convenient. Big thanks to the friendly English-speaking staff—they helped us plan our itinerary and booked all our tickets, making everything so easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This hotel is fantastic! Right at the foot of the Avatar mountains, with stunning views. The staff was super helpful—booked all our park tickets and shuttles for us. The pools are huge and perfect for relaxing, and breakfast had lots of local choices. Everything was clean, comfy, and well-organized. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! The location right by the Avatar mountains is perfect. The staff went above and beyond helping us with tickets and shuttle service. Huge pools, delicious breakfast with local options, and everything was so clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommend to everyone visiting the area!

The hotel is perfectly situated at the foot of the Avatar mountains. The staff were wonderfully helpful – they seamlessly organised our park tickets and transfers. The pools are delightful, and the breakfast offers a splendid variety, including excellent local options. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a most comfortable stay. Tiffany was extremely accomodating. This hotel is near the less frequented WEST GATE of the park, which means a lot less options for everything. Only because of Tiffany's help throughout our trip would I say this was a 5 star experience. 4 stars mostly because the nearby restaurant is very local and might not be suitable for Western families with toddlers, like ours.
