Clean and spacious. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee provided in a room. People wrote that there is no outlets but there were and an extension cord with 3 extra outlets. Clean bathroom. Had all that we needed. Short walk to Main Street. We also lucked out with a pretty view

Nice willa in the centre of the city, within short walking distance to the Krupówki Street. Very good buffet breakfast with excellent selection of cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, eggs, sausages, salads, breads, crepes, cakes, jams, fruits, etc available in the adjoining Carlton Willa. The only problem was that we had to use the wet towels as they would not dry in the room.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the main pedestrian area yet in a very quiet part of the town. Everyone was extremely helpful with all requests we had (form checking in to requesting an iron and more information).

We will be back!

Our rooms were perfect for my wife and son. Everything was within walking distance.The new town park is beautiful and just steps away. Overall...great stay and affordable!

Awful. Check-in is next door. Nobody there. A sign says call a Polish mobile number (thanks - please, let me pay for you to do your job). Petulant, rude, young woman comes to desk - I have obviously inconvenienced her by being here. She gives me a key and tells me that if I want breakfast, I have to come over to this building for it. No fear. I've seen the restaurant when I was looking for you. Old. Folk's. Home. Room is terrible. Electrical wires hanging out near door. And from ceiling. And on bathroom floor. Furniture would be rejected by charity shop. Curtains won't close. Staff tell me that someone will come tomorrow to fix them. I leave tomorrow? What about when the sun rises at 0545? They manage to fix it. Which only shows that curtains are 60cm narrower than window. The only thing worse is the rope of human hair in the sink, which won't wash away. Truly awful place.

Old with BIG rooms

The hotel was a bit tired, but the "room" was huge, with a living room, 2 toilets and a loft with 2 double beds. The hotel was of an older date and had no elevator, so it was a little harder to have to drag your heavy suitcase up all those stairs.
