隣の声が聞こえて、こちらの声も響いて隣に聞こえてるのかなと、不安になりました。それ以外は近隣に安い駐車場もあり、駅前なので飲食には困りませんでした。部屋は狭いですが、ルームキー(カード)を抜いても、主要電源までは落ちず、出かけてる間に充電出来て、便利でした。

盛岡に行くときはよく利用してきたが、前年より掃除の質が随分と下がっていて残念に思った。滞在初日から蓄積した埃や髪の毛の取り残しなどが気になったが、毎日の掃除も不完全で不快だった。その他、ロビーの受付等はいつも通り親切で問題なかったので、滞在したフロアの掃除担当者の問題かもしれない。

お風呂の排水不良でバス用フットタオルが濡れてしまうトラブルがありましたが、部屋交換をスムーズにしてもらいました。 その後の声掛け気遣いもあり、結果良い感じの旅行となりました。
