We love Four Sisters Inn and Maison Fleurie just exceeded our expectations. It’s so quaint and great location. Walking distance to everything in Yountville. The staff , especially Carlos are just the sweetest and hospitable. We will be back!

There was no elevator. We needed to have someone carry our bags to our room and from our room. There was no walk-in shower. There was a shower in the tub, but the tub was difficult, in fact, dangerous, to climb into. I was fearful of an accident. Neither of us showered the last day. Ideally, there would be two sinks, but there was only one, with very little room around the sink. The hot water was scalding hot, which was not necessary. We could not make the TV remote work until the third day. On the TV screen, there was a reference to a "Source" button on the remote to access HDMI2. The remote had no Source button. There was no TV guide sheet. There were no movie channels listed on a sheet. On the TV screen, there was mention of ‘Casting,’ which is usually sending sound or images from a phone or computer to the TV. It’s a useless activity; moreover, when I tried it, it did not work. The room was slightly too warm and we were unable to lower the temperature using the remote on the wall. The remote did not seem to work; in fact, when I turned it to the OFF position, the heating sound (a hum of air) remained in the room. Finally, I opened the rear door in the room to let in some cool air, and we were able to sleep better. I would never, never stay here again.

The tv in my room was not working- and the landscaping folks were blowing leaves very early and for a long time right outside my windows on Thursday morning. :( Other than that- very comfortable and lovely.

The location was perfect with dinner just around the corner at La Bouchon. The staff were kind, generous and wonderful, the breakfast was above and beyond, the room was fabulous...but that tub, that tub was the bomb. Definitely going back. Breakfast was good as expected. Staff friendly. However, the fireplace in the room did not work and was known to be faulty at least a week or more! Did not expect chairs sliding across floors and cabinets slamming at 6AM. Truly did not expect it at 5 AM the next morning! Disappointed and definitely not the experience had previously. Doubtful if we return again. Too bad.

The staff at Maison Fleurie were so kind. I accidentally booked the wrong date but couldn't change it with Expedia. I call the hotel directly and they helped me switch my date and were kind enough to upgrade my room. Also, I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday and there was a kind note with a little gift in our room. There were also fresh baked cookies in our room plus a dog bed, water/food bowl and treats for our dog. The hotel also has complimentary wine hour with some snacks and wine which was a nice way to just chill on the patio. They also serve a complimentary breakfast that was so good and delivered to our room since we had our dog with us. The staff at this hotel are incredible thoughtful and kind, plus the place is very charming right in downtown Yountville so you can walk everywhere. We would stay here again and I are looking forward to going back next year.
