Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

The Place is a Run-down and very filthy.

This is a first for me to visit a so call 5 stars place but in such a bad conditions! The hotel is nicely build. However, the place is very run-down with curtains falling apart, wall papers badly torn, !rotting shower curtain, grey and spotted bathroom towels! With lots of mosquitos and moths everywhere!. Dirty carpet that one is afraid of touching. Having a totally cold buffet breakfast that includes pan fried vegetables, fried eggs, buns, sausages, pancakes, noodles, etc. Is not a good idea to start ones Winter morning ritual!

You should communicate with staff using chinese.

Almost every staff cannot speak English. So, it is very hard to communicate with them. when I need some help like taking information near by hotel, like order the dinner menu. I should use translate application! It is not good.
