Step inside and discover a holiday home of impressive proportions: five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple living areas, all cooled by ducted air conditioning. Upstairs, the main lounge opens onto verandah`s on both sides, framing stunning views over the Marina. A gourmet kitchen, complete with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and ample storage, makes cooking a pleasure. The adjoining dining area seats eight, perfect for long, convivial meals.
Four bedrooms occupy the upper level, including the master suite with balcony access, serene water views, a king bed, and a private ensuite. A modern family bathroom completes this floor.
Downstairs, the mood shifts to fun and leisure. A games room with bar overlooks the 22-metre pool, spa, and toddler splash zone. Beyond lies the cabana and BBQ area-ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding under the sun.

Amazing Property
Wonderful views, lots of areas to chill, extremely well equipped but the most noticeable was the cleanliness- no need to wear shoes on tiles even on the outdoor balcony upstairs. Many thanks Marina Views.
