    Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
    I book this hotel and I want to Front desk check in they said no more room! But I have already broke on the hotel.com! Then they said if I want to stay there You have to pay more to get the room! Then I say no and they said oh just called a Hotels.com cancel the booking!
