Property was situated within easy walking distance of the river, what I didn’t like is the fact they had no record of me booking this hotel through you so after traveling for 12 hours I had to try to make the person behind the desc understand who couldn’t speak English that I booked it at the price advertised ( fortunately I printed a copy off ) and not what they were trying to charge me
