Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location is very convenient, being close to the main station and about a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end.
The room has some character, but it is poorly maintained. It was dusty, felt unclean, and clearly needed vacuuming and wiping down. The room also didn’t feel very secure: the walls and door are hollow, soundproofing is poor, and the outer door handle had exposed screws that could easily be removed.
Noise travels easily, and amenities were lacking. I was given only one towel for a three-night stay—no hand towel, bath mat, or replacement towels—so I had to buy my own. Towels were never changed.
Accessing the property was extremely frustrating. Despite advertising a 24/7 front desk, there is none. Messages went unanswered, and I had to contact Expedia twice to finally receive entry instructions. The process felt chaotic and unprofessional.
While the room is well equipped, I didn’t trust its cleanliness. Overall, I’d avoid this place and choose a proper hotel instead.
