It was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but it definitely was not. From the start, the receptionist provided poor customer service, and we were told there were no parking spots available, forcing us to park far away. No assistance was offered, including help with our luggage.
The room itself was underwhelming—outdated, with visible stains on the walls and curtains. This was far from what we expected from a 5-star hotel. The amenities were also very limited, consisting only of a restaurant and a small gym, which did not justify the price we paid.
Additionally, when we requested room cleaning, the kitchen area was not cleaned, and dirty plates were left behind. There was no soap provided to wash the dishes ourselves, so we contacted the front desk. Their only response was, “Sorry, we are short-staffed.”
Overall, we were very disappointed with this experience. Aside from the good location, this felt more like a 3-star hotel at best.
