Great view and beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, the bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. The oven was not usable due to the very loud fan. The shower door opened regularly by itself. As a result, it was not a good shower

Beautiful property. Staff was blunt at check in. When we asked for the complementary upgrade that Expedia platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that

according to hotels.com it was supposed to include breakfast. but it wasn't. A bottle of wine was included in the booking. but there was no wine opener in the room. we told the reception about this and they were going to solve it for us. but it took until 9:30 pm before they brought it, and then we were going to go to bed. so there was no wine for us. so it wasn't a good stay. we are very dissatisfied.

Exellent apartment. Fantastic view. Located in nice area. Very friendly and helpsome reception. Receptionist even said "very nice apartment with bathtop". 15 min. from "downtown and train/busstation. But the first mentioned criterias "overrules". Negatives: experienced day 1 evening there was no water working to fill the bathtop. Informed the reception day 2 noon. answered "we are aware that there has been a problem, but should be solved." Day 2 evening. Desparately wanted a bath to loosen back and leg pains. No water. Day 3 morning: informed again reception and got same answer as above despite I said there was no water when I left apartment 5 min. ago. "We will check and it will be solved during the day"" Day 3 evening. My back and legs needed a nice and comfortable time in the bathtop in the evening. Same result: No water.!!!!!!! Very disappointed. Normally you pay for what you get. Here I paid for something I did not get! Then why top scores when I paid for something I did not get?
