Checking in was excellent, unfortunately that’s were it ends. Hotel needs a big update (including rooms). Time warp back to the 1990s. What was the most dissatisfying was the quality of the breakfast. I think Wrexham FC or Mr Reynolds need to bung a few quid their way. Oh also, u19 US Football Team staying at the same time who liked to have a kick about in the hallways.

I stay regularly here with work. The hotel is nice and clean but rooms could do with some maintenance. The lights at the side of the bed are damaged in most rooms and the bathrooms need a retile and clean. That said, the stay is usually very comfortable. The staff here are very friendly, and the food is very good. It’s nice to be recognised by team members for returning, and there’s a nice lounge area to relax and small gym on site. In summer the outdoor area has been nice for a drink to relax. Recently had several high speed electric car chargers installed and I think is the first place in north wales with these which is an extra bonus to be able to charge up car quickly while checking in and freshening up, then move the car and head to the bar/restaurant. Overall will be back again soon, and would recommend the hotel for people needing to stay locally.

First night we ordered dinner. Fish and chips.it came in basket presention. Chips and small assorted fish pieces. In batter some were prawns .it was a good thing i didnt eat it as allergic to shell fish.so i didnt eat rest of dinner.i thing menu should describe wat kind of fish.for any future disaster.

Booking in fine but reception was left empty on many occasions Taxi ordered by 12hours prior to requirement by reception on the 17th for a business meeting on the 18th no show of taxi @ requested time [ 9-30am ] no show by 9-45am so had to make alternative arrangements resulting being late for meeting late for meeting Executive lounge not available no alternative offered Breakfast was of usually high standard and ambience in bar was perfect

Room was OK but dated. Net curtain was dirty. Bathroom needs refurbishing, shower tricky to use, temp changes quickly and water came out very hot. I stayed two nights. There was very little evidence of room being made up after first night, beds were not made, towels left on the floor, tissue lying around bathroom unit. The dirty cup was replaced. It didn't leave me with a good feeling and I expect better than this from Ramada. I had dinner in the bar which was tasty.
