The bathroom shower didn't get real hot and the closet had a motion light in it that came on randomly all the time. The highway traffic was alittle noises. Gym was nice, but it should have had stuff to clean equipment when people were done. They did come in and clean it and place towels out, which was nice. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn't complain about the shower or light, as I had already unpacked and didn't want to pack up and move. I didn't eat anything for the bar or the complementary breakfast while I was there.

Staff was nice listened to my concerns however the list of issues was very long for just a one time mistake. Cons: AC not working as low as could go still sweating in the room. Had to open window to allow air flow then had highway traffic noise all night long. Shower was not tightly secure causing a gush of water to come out the side. Also no door, on shower strange concept just open. Has a kitchen but one knife and was broken and dull brought it down to the front desk asked for a replacement one came just as dull, ended up buying a knife at the target next door. Dishes were dirty had to wash everything before using it. Other kitchen staples old melted and just poor quality Bed had a broken piece in headboard which i cut i my finger on, some wierd stain on the wall and bed was very uncomfortable no boxspring just an old mattress on a board. Doors to bedrooms are very heavy and slam very fast Pros: Breakfast was nice lots of options clean and organized. Pool was nice and clean Location was great

Large rooms with high ceiling was a big plus. The facility in general is either new or very recently renovated. We enjoyed the easy access from the back doors which made the access to our room quicker. We were however disappointed that we missed the breakfast which ended at 9am. Although it was marked on the wall, we found that this is early to close the breakfast service compared to other hotels we travelled too. My whole family who were on vacation missed out on the breakfast unfortunately. Overall the hotel is very well located in a safe area, and we would go back.
