Comfortable room

This hotel was really good value for money. The room was spacious even with three of us in it, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Room could do with hooks to hang coats, rather than having to use the wardrobe.

The room I was allocated was very poor with stains on furnishing and ripped bed linen. I was allocated a superior room, although large was disappointing The reception staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful The bar staff were not particularly welcoming snd service was poor

Bank house hotel stay for business.

Room looks to have been recently refurbed, very nice. Hallways a bit tired. All staff I met very friendly. Food in restaurant very good, but not much of a choice. Swimming pool and spa looks very nice, but didn’t get chance to use it.

70th Birthday break

Well after a very stressful journey due to flooding everywhere we eventually got there,the smile and politeness of the girl on reception made us feel relaxed,she told go have some lunch and i will check you in later which we did,we were met in dining room by a lovely young man shown to table had the most wonderful Sunday Lunch,Than met Manager Salvedori who we met years ago at another venue ,had such laugh with him lovely hard working man.The Room was beautiful the staff were amazing turned up for work under appalling weather conditions due to Storm Bert,We will be going back to Hotel again if only for Sunday Lunch.Happy Christmas to each and everyone of you ,Thank you all again,Mary David Rm2 O
