A unique and spacious forest haven for large family and friends groups, decorated with a minimalist style to help you unwind and find peace away from the city.
Within minutes of Wollongong city centre and beaches but completely surrounded by rainforest. This house is a wonderful place to retreat to when you come to explore the attractions of the Illawarra. Walk down the garden stairs and hear the water bubbling through the creek at the bottom of the hill, sit amongst the trees canopies and admire possums, water dragons, and much birdlife. Hear the birds sing to you in in the morning, and as the sun sets over the deck.
The block is a surprisingly rich forest that runs down the hill to a small creek. You can walk about the garden enjoying the natural forest while listening to the soothing sounds of the creek. This beautiful cedar house has been refurbished into 2 independent guest units with clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms.
The entire house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, modern smart TV's, Netflix, Wifi, large kitchen and dining areas. There is a very peaceful and private outdoor deck that joins the 2 units together. Perfect for large family and friend groups get away, yoga retreat or high tea function.
Sleeping up to 18 comfortably, all linen is provided.
A large laundry with washing machines and dryers is located downstairs.

Nice outlook, difficult owner
It's a lovely position amongst the trees and the property has some parts renovated and some parts not. For me, that doesn't matter, but what does matter is the owner saying I had broken things and left the place grubby when I had not. All in an attempt to get more money from me. It was not cheap for both halves of the house for two nights, but even so, the owner made up stuff to try and get more money. All I can say is Take Photos when you arrive and when you leave, to avoid the same treatment.
I explained all this to Stayz but I have not heard back from them.
Won't be staying again.
