Lovely friendly clean hotel

Staffs are nice. Not enough amenities . I had to kill cockroach

The location of the hotel is fantastic! The breakfast was good, but a fairly small selection. The room was standard but comfortable. Our biggest problem was parking. When we arrived, we informed them that we had a car and they knew we were staying three nights however, on our last evening there the parking was full. There was a small space but nothing we could fit into. It’s unfortunate that they don’t actually have reserved parking or lines in the road so that people park in the appropriate spots. We had to park in a separate garage quite a ways away, which was definitely inconvenient.

Unfortunately, the accommodation provided was completely inadequate for the weather conditions and did not meet reasonable expectations for a room advertised and sold as a Junior Suite for four adults. During our stay, Munich was experiencing extremely high temperatures, reaching approximately 33°C (91°F) during the day and remaining very warm into the evening. The room had no air conditioning, and this important limitation was not made sufficiently clear to us when making the reservation. The only cooling provided consisted of two small portable fans and a ceiling-mounted fan. These were simply not capable of maintaining a reasonably comfortable temperature for four adults in the room. We had to keep the windows open, but the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. The fans also created considerable noise and constant direct airflow, making it very difficult to sleep. One member of our family experienced significant discomfort and pain from being continuously exposed to the direct airflow, while without the fans the heat in the room was unbearable. We raised the issue with the hotel, but no appropriate alternative accommodation, effective solution, or compensation was offered. We were essentially informed that the fans were what the hotel could provide and that there was no other solution. Under these circumstances, we could not reasonably remain at the property for the second night. We therefore had to leave Hotel Adria and arrange alternative accommodations…
