The website should be upfront about the fact that secure undercover car parking is an additional $10 per night, rather than stating that there is free self parking, which is a good 30-40 metres away, behind an events centre, in the open. The range hood didn't work, so it took ages for the cooking smells to dissipate. The oven also didn't work. The light in the microwave doesn't work. The settings on the clothes drier are out of whack. The railing on the balcony was absolutely filthy 😳

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Quest Wodonga. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well presented and we were especially impressed by the very lovely and helpful Terry at front reception who was very friendly and ensured our stay was very pleasant.

This is a lovely little hotel in a quieter part of town, and the 3-bedroom apartment was a fantastic size. The main downside was the parking – charging an extra per night for undercover parking feels unnecessary. It would be better to include this in the overall rate, rather than making it feel like an upsell (“would you like fries with that?”). Also, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from people moving about upstairs.
