We will never stay at this property again. The staff were neutral but effectively got us checked in / out. Our room was Very small but relatively clean. Unfortunately the hotel is not well insulated. Our room was near an exit door. We stayed a mere 4 hours because of how Loud and disruptive the building was. We were continually woken by doors slamming, people talking/yelling, and cars in the parking lot. Would not recommend.

The room was semi dirty the bathtub head chips a paint removed from it so it just looks like they don't even clean it because it's just that bad I had to call the front desk because at 4:00 in the morning people are out in the hallway hollering and screaming I went to the pool area and I had my headphones on and another woman said hi to me and I didn't hear her later on in the day I went back in there pool area she thought that I couldn't hear her and she was behind me saying hi this one doesn't like to talk to us I could hear her I turned around I said hi so I felt like staff seeing this going on they could have intervened

The check in staff were the only good part. The hotel itself is pretty trashy. Our hotel room had ripped curtains on the window and the ac/heat unit was barely hanging onto the wall. The rooms are pretty small & conjoining so if you want to get sleep I wouldn’t stay here. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes checking in and going to a different hotel.

Mold growing EVERYWHERE in the shower, on bathroom floor...Windows at front entrance and pool area have probably never been cleaned...No towels in pool We were given a "cleaner" room after I told them I was contacting the health dept...I actually still should to protect others!!!
