Very clean property. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Near restaurants and attractions. Good option to use gas BBQ grill on outdoor patio. Check in staff were very friendly with my dog.

The hotel was really nice until I got to the room and was ready for bed. The bed had hair under the sheets. Look like the sheets was not changed. The towels had a brown stain on it like they did not give us new towels. also when I took my complaint the front desk man he offered me points to the hotel. He fake fake like he was typing in my information like my email, but wasn’t I wasn’t trying to write a bad review.

I liked the cleanliness, staff friendliness, comfortable beds, outdoor area for the pool & cookout, and breakfast. I did not like the small partition that constitutes a "suite". I prefer a sweet has a least a separate room. Expedia did not show this. I did not like the way the AC had to blow over the beds.

This hotel is walking distance from Legoland which was the purpose of the trip. The breakfast buffet had plenty of great options and overall the rooms were large and clean! Will be back.

I stay stayed three home nights at 2 suites locations over the past week. This one seemed a little more worn. I got the impression this had been another hotel at some point and had been converted a while ago. I checked in later in the evening, and kind of felt like I was an annoyance for the person at the front desk.

Unfortunately I had to cancel or trip that we made a month in advance due to a situation out of my control. The property would not refund our trip or allow us to reschedule. Unfortunately it was our loss but we will not work with a company who has no compassion for families.

Nice but smelly

Property will benefit from deodorizing the rooms and hotel in general. It had a bad smell everywhere. Also water was terrible. Smelled like sewer!!!

Clean, brand new facility, breakfast ok, I was expecting more protein choices but they only have egg dish varieties, no sausages, etc. I do have to say the female breakfast staff I spoke too was really nice, offering me cheese as a toping for my bowl of grits. We didn't have shampoo and no Ice bucket provided, I didn't inform the staff because my husband told me not to bother since we are only staying there for one night . This is a "no smoke "facility which is 👍. But for those allergic to pets like me, this is a pet friendly facility ☹️
