The light in the bathroom doesn’t work and The pieces of leather from the sofa are falling off; it's in very bad condition. The room number is 220. The floor is very nasty sticky. You can see the dirty in the floor. The only positive is the hot water.

The room was DEFENSE NOT CLEANED Hair all in sink, bathtub, And Toilet The floor was Dirty also Very unhappy with experience However Nychele the nightime front desk was Sincerely apologetic & reported it in systm. I spoke the GM in the morning she said to contact you & that you would contact her I would like a reply please & will also try to call to report this - i did take pictures as well

The staff was really friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. However, the room was quite disappointing. The floors were dirty, and there were kids playing and screaming in the upper floor and hallways until very late. Also, the bathroom door outside was broken and had patches. Could you please replace it? It’s not a big expense.

Room was filthy. No daily housekeeping service, getting clean towels was like pulling teeth and the staff during the second night we stayed was absolutely miserable. Pass when it comes to this hotel property. The couch in our room was deplorable. I’d be embarrassed if I was the owner.

The property was pretty clean, side doors were unlocked at night, some of the guests were smoking marijuana behind the hotel, the property was out of bathroom tissue, and it was somewhat noisy. However the stay wasn't bad. It is also conveniently located, very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and medical facilities.

I was meeting up with friends who rented an airbnb in the champions area, and this was the perfect hotel to stay! It was very clean and quiet , and i felt safe! Publix right next to it , and not to far from the parks and Disney Springs. The price was great, no hidden surprises!

I recently stayed at this property and was very disappointed with the overall condition compared to how it used to be. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly. Upon arrival, the room had a strong food odor, and the sheets appeared unclean. The bathroom had roaches, and there was no toilet paper provided. Several doors throughout the building were not functioning, and the elevator was extremely dirty with a strong odor. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with panhandlers nearby and a noticeable smell of marijuana around the property. Additionally, the outdoor areas were poorly maintained, with dog waste throughout the grass. This hotel was once a wonderful place to stay, but the quality and maintenance have declined greatly. I truly hope management addresses these issues so guests can feel comfortable and safe again.
