2 night stay. No hot water for my shower on the second morning. My wife got dressed in a hurry to inform them of the issue and was first told off for not putting shoes on and was then told they were far too busy serving breakfast to do anything about it. I got dressed and we went to breakfast where i asked about the water. Was told several times they were too busy serving breakfast. A louder complaint resulted in someone going to check that the hot water wasn’t actually working. We were eventually told that a plumber would arrive at noon. Two hours after we were going to check out. Also there were no other showers available. Chef/manager came to our room after breakfast while we were packing up to check that the hot water wasn’t actually working. He apologised for the lack of water and said we could stay in the room until it was fixed. He also then offered the use of a shower in an uncleaned recently vacated room but we were fully packed by then and just wanted to get out. Unfortunately we had prepaid so there was no chance of disputing the bill. No mention of a partial refund either. A most important unpleasant experience. Do not pre pay at this establishment! Room was nice otherwise.
