This is a great place to stay with young children. The location is ideal and the breakfast is delicious.

Good stay for 1 night

Small family B&B the best thing of which is the owner who's very helpful and attentive. Also the Wi-fi was very good and the bed is large (I'd say larger than double bed). The location is also good. But overall I think it's expensive for what it offers, there aren't any other amenities besides the breakfast and whenever the people from upstairs walked the whole ceiling was creaking. Generally sound proofing was poor.

Lovely weekend break in May. Great location. On site parking , looking onto immaculate gardens. Premises spotlessly clean with lovely decor throughout. Breakfast wonderful with varied choices. In a good location with free parking. Great view from window too.Very comfy clean rooms. Karol and Nigel were really welcoming and friendly and helpful on top of serving a fabulous breakfast. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

Wonderful Windermere lodging!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! Karol and Nigel are excellent hosts, our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and breakfasts were terrific. Personal assistance with travel in and out of town, free onsite parking, excellent wifi, and easy walking distance to many of the Windermere sites completed our wonderful visit. We could not recommend them more highly.

Lovely stay in a great hotel.

Lovely stay at this small friendly hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious on both days. Just a short walk into Bowness centre. Highly recommended.
