There are two driveways for ample parking!

Eat at the large island, perfect for making gourmet meals, and enjoy the views of the lake! Finish your day watching fireflies from the covered decks or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and evenings under the stars.

Master Bedroom on main floor includes a King sized bed, master bath with soaker tub and walk in shower, sitting area with 2 recliners, private French doors to open deck.

Bedroom #2 on top floor, has one queen bed, walk in closet where Pak n' Play is located, and a recliner.

Bedroom #3 on top floor, includes one queen bed and one recliner.

Bedroom #4 is on top floor, has 2 twin beds, small play table and tent.

Sitting area outside of bedroom #4 has an HD TV, a couch that folds into a futon, along with a desk workspace with printer.

Bedroom #5 is on the bottom floor downstairs from the family room. This room has a King sized bed and recliner.

Bottom floor also has pool table, couch, HD TV and kitchenette for snacks, along with bathroom and shower. Access to patio and sundeck with views of lake.

This is an amazing vacation lake house. I recommend renting a boat to dock at it too from Tims Ford Marina. Nearby Tullahoma Lanes is fun too.

Great place to stay on Tim's Ford

The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and the house was great. Super clean, recently updated. Launch ramp nearby was nice and quiet, not busy at all. Highly recommend.

Tim’s Ford Lake

We had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate, spacious and gorgeous lake views. We were able to keep our boat at the dock and thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
