This newly updated country-setting home is literally around the corner from Flintfields Horse Park! It’s 15 minutes to downtown Traverse city or cute little town of Elk Rapids. Only minutes to acme beach where you can swim and watch beautiful summer sunsets!
We have a 4 queen bedrooms. There are 2 full baths along with a couple expansive living areas and a large yard. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You can enjoy a beautiful firepit entertainment area in the backyard and a deck off the kitchen overlooking the lawn! Perfect for a summer evening of relaxation! There is plenty of room to park your horse trailer to keep it near and secure.

This was the perfect house for our group of 7! The layout of the house was great and the location was perfect for our trip; close to the Grand Traverse Golf Courses and Turtle Creek Casino! It was also only about 20 minutes to downtown TVC. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property and fantastic hosts! Lots of space, extremely clean, very comfortable, and wonderful quiet location. I will book this property again any time I need to be back in Traverse City! Hosts were extremely kind and friendly and responsive, I needed to stay one extra night and they organized that very quickly! Great space!!

Fabulous property!

This house is amazing. Super close to the horse park, with ample parking, and lots of space. The inside of the house is clean, and has everything you could ever need. The yard is huge with an adorable fire pit that we used to make smores several times.

We stayed here while in town for a horse show. House was just as described. Around the corner from show grounds. Easy to get to downtown. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked. I will keep this saved for next year.
