Upon check in we knew it was going to be a great stay. The staff were very kind and even gave us a free upgrade! We got a beachside room with a jacuzzi. The amenities were great, we had somewhere to safely park our car and eat a great breakfast in the morning. This included mini omelettes, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bagels sausage etc. It was great to grab a coffee and walk by the beach even in the cold. The room was very clean. The only downside was the shower was pretty small and the pillows were not the best but otherwise we had a great experience. The indoor pool and jacuzzi looked well kept and great for the winter months. Overall 10/10 experience.

Overall extremely please with our stay While we understand rooms cannot be cleaned daily we were there for 5 days. We could have requested a clean but wish at least fresh towels would have been dropped off

The breakfast and selections were plentiful. The room clean and tidy at all times as attendants were there to watch and assist . Checkin I noticed was welcoming and friendly too all on a late afternoon shift. The super shift around 8pm one night easily and cheerfully solved a major problem I had quickly with empathy. I will always book Bayshore Traverse City in the future and by the way great location and quiet beach!

Property and rooms nice and very clean. Great experience until we tried the continental breakfast. Brochure says 7am-11am, we got there at 9:50 and they were out of everything and the kitchen staff really didn’t seem to care. We watched them tell another guest who arrived that it is done at 10am, even though he challenged based on the brochure. Update the brochure, or stay open as advertised. We would certainly stay there again, but the breakfast thing was very annoying.

This property was more than we expected and the location is perfect for day trips to Mission Point. Although we didn’t use it, they offer a shuttle which would be great, especially during the busy summer season. A nice property that we hope to return to!
