Stunning Oceanfront Condo. 4BR, + Den, Beach Views ALL Windows, 2200sqft 2 enjoy

This unit is one of the most desired beachfront units at the Stockton Beach House. Sunrises can be seen from every bedroom window, as well as the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a large 200 sqft deck off of the living room and a private master bedroom deck that also has views of the ocean/beach. The main deck allows for an unobstructed view of the nighttime sky, perfect for stargazing. It is the largest usable front balcony in the entire building. Large living room with a 75" TV and power reclining leather sectional couch offers plenty of seating and wrap around ocean views. KEYLESS electronic locks for all doors means you don't have to share two sets of keys for your entire family. SmartTVs in every room, high speed internet / wifi throughout the property. A separate media room with a smart TV and Xbox game console offers a private area to read, play or relax. The media room also includes a Full sized pullout couch. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with a 50" HD smart TV, and access to almost all popular streaming apps. We provide access to local live programming and most major national live programming. With over 2200+ sqft, hardwood floors and an open floor plan for kitchen, dining room and living room, you will be sure to experience expansive beach views from every angle. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, private bathroom and private balcony with views of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a FULL over FULL bunk with a TWIN trundle. The 4th bedroom has a TWIN over FULL bunk with a TWIN trundle. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom and a standing balcony adjoins the two rooms for fresh air and sunrise views of the beach. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove/range and full fridge includes a Keurig and regular coffee machine. A FULL washer and FULL dryer will handle all your laundry needs. Pack and Play cribs are available. SBH has a roof top deck offering outstanding views of the surrounding Wildwood area, boardwalk and nighttime sky. SBH has a HEATED pool, kiddie pool and hot-tub all with views of the beach. Outdoor shower for rinsing coming off beach also located poolside or in the garage. Large gas grills are also provided in the pool area for your beachfront cookout. The unit comes with a storage closet for all your beach accessories, as well as a beach box located right on the beach (Memorial Day through Labor Day only) so you don't have to carry all your beach items back to the condo each day. We also provide a Wonder Wheeler beach cart, umbrella, a couple boogie boards, a several beach chairs and some beach toys. Two covered (separate) parking spaces means you don't have to move your car to let the other car in your family out. EV charging is available upon request. We have gas heat to keep you warm and toasty on chilly early spring, late fall and winter nights. Linens can be provided by local businesses for an additional price.

The Beach house is centrally located to most activities, nightlife and restaurants in the area including the expansive Wildwood boardwalk. During the summer there are weekly fireworks that can be seen from the rooftop, and typically a concert in the park which is a few short blocks away. Cape May is a short drive for shopping, a historic tour or a quick trip to the The Cape May Zoo.

Beautiful Condo

Very roomy for 4 of us adults. Add 2 more...no problem. 3 and1/2 bathrooms...no waiting! Clean and uncluttered with plenty of space for all of our "stuff". Deck was great with great view. All furniture in and out good quality. Owners very easy to work with. So glad we chose this spot!

What a great time. The property was perfect for our family…clean, roomy and right on the beach. Close to Cape May and the boardwalk. Plenty of beach chairs and the beach box was a real perk. The living area was open and airy and the kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms were clean and quiet. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

A Wonderful Beach Experience

Staying at this property was a treat. The view of the ocean, the quick walk to the beach, the convenience of having so much beach equipment for our use, and a box right on the beach so we didn't have to lug everything back and forth all combined to make this a stress-free and enjoyable stay. When you go be sure to take advantage of the rooftop deck to catch the weekly fireworks!

Spacious condo in superb location

Our extended family (2 couples, 1 grandson and aging parent hosts) had never been to Wildwood and lucked out when we booked Stockton Beach House #303 for our first visit. We loved the unobstructed ocean view and spacious balcony on which to enjoy it, beautiful bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The location made it easy to bike to the boardwalk and walk to the beach. Best of all, Suzy was immediately responsive whenever we had a question. We hope to book this property again.

We had a fantastic week staying in this condo. Spacious, well equipped, quality furnishings. And of course the beach front views, access to the beach, and heated pool were all wonderful. Warm and friendly communications with the owner. Convenient to the attractions at Cape May. I think the best recommendation I could give is that I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo is large and located on the beach. Just a short walk to the sand. Has large glass doors that open onto a deck overlooking the ocean. Lots of amenities. Many activities in the area.

Spectacular House w Great View!

Perfect home! Right on beach with a view from a huge deck that was spectacular! From the time of check in the owners couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful with our questions. We faced the hurricane and loss of electricity but the owners even sent over a fan and a bottle of wine!! Layout of rooms was great! Wonderful and caring owners and great house!! The Sabella Family!

The condo has a great feel to it, clean and very well decorated. I own a property management company in the Poconos and usually very picky... this one TEN STARS! Love the area and Stockton Beach House. We have already booked this unit for 2019.

Loved the ocean front views from the living room area and front deck. Plenty of seating for my children and grandchildren in the main living and dining area. Appreciated that each family had their own bathroom. Plenty of room and closets in each of the bedrooms, plus a media room/den area that the grandkids enjoyed. Very quiet in the condo - did not hear any noise from the other units. Condo clean and in very good condition although some of the carpet in the bedrooms are starting to show some wear, but not bad. Owners are very organized with offering information to renters about the condo (example: how to operate televisions/media and other tips) accessed by video. When we arrived this year we immediately noticed that the entryway at the elevator was freshly painted and redone. Parking is covered in the parking garage right near the elevator - a little tight for larger trucks or SUV’s but manageable. The owner is professional and great to work with.

Wonderful condo with all the amenities! Gorgeous view!

We had an excellent stay here. The condo seems more spacious than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. The views from the balcony were stunning and the rooftop was awesome for viewing sunsets in the bay and fireworks at the boardwalk. Suzy was so very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The condo was really clean and in excellent condition. We usually go out to eat on vacation, but this year we ended up dining in most nights because the house was so comfortable and we had the best views. You are also very close to a park for kids and the bike path. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future! Thanks for giving us such great memories!

This could be our summer vacation rental for a lifetime.

My family and I were thoroughly pleased with this, our second stay at the Stockton Beach House. The place is beautifully positioned for ocean viewing and location access to all the amenities of Wildwood Crest, Wildwood and Cape May. All aspects of the condo, decor, comfort, space, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms, parking spaces, security , and more, facilitated a happy vacation for our family, young and old. When we needed to contact the Agent, Suzy, the response was prompt. We are all still filled with happy memories of this summer and hope to return again next summer.

3rd year in a row, can't get enough

We have vacationed in Wildwood Crest for many years and didn't know what we were missing until we found the Stockton Beach House. It has it all just steps from the sand, pool, spa, roof top deck, grills and covered parking. We have been returning to 303 because it is just the right height for us, not too close to the pool and not too high, but high enough to have a wide view of the beach. It also has a great layout and one of the largest main balconies in the building. We also like the fact that the windows don't look into a another tall building and you can see the sunrise out of just about all of them. The unit is well decorated and equipped. We will be returning for year #4.

We really enjoyed our first stay at the Stockton Beach House and we are glad we chose unit 303. Clean and spacious, location was great, and the views were incredible. We enjoyed spending time on the spacious deck, one of the largest in the building. We would definitely recommend this unit if you are staying in the crest.

Cozy home like feeling throughout.

This was our second year in a row at the Stockton Beachhouse. The whole family enjoyed every minute. We made the most of each day and took advantage of the beach which is steps away from the condo. The beautiful patio overlooking the beach proved to be great to enjoy a nice meal under the umbrella or just relaxing enjoying the sunset. This spacious condo is one of a kind with great owners that care about the quality of your stay. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy all aspects of Wildwood.
