They charge $20 a day for parking which is not included in your reservation had to argue because the counter person said they have no parking I am to park elsewhere and after arguing the had a few spots. The room is very clean and location is very accessible to boardwalk and the patio the have setup really nice.

Check in staff was very nice through some glitching in the system. While we did stay off season, the pool was not open for use, there were ants in the room. The space could use a good deep cleaning. The view was beautiful with convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. Parking on property was a great feature as everywhere else you had to pay for parking.

Nice clean hotel in great area. But there was no coffee in the lobby. Our stay was in April and there was no where to find morning coffee without driving some distance in a car. I strongly suggest they provide morning coffee in the lobby.
