I can't wait to go back!!!

My Labor Day Weekend stay was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and our room was so clean. And the Inn is in a great location, close to beach, boardwalk, and good eats. I plan on going back for Run the Crest Weekend!

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. John, the front desk person and the cleaning people were nice and attentive. The kitchen was very small but had everything we needed to make simple meals. I think the pots need replacement. Some of them were scratched and I did not feel comfortable cooking in them.

Owner is a super cool, super nice guy. Overall a nice stay and would return again. My only complaint is the parking lot. If you don’t get a spot outside of the motel and have to park under the motel it’s very nerve wracking getting in and out without hitting any parked cars

Decent property, strange “rules”

The room was great for us because of the living room and kitchen. It was clean and housekeeping came daily. Parking is rough. The downfall was the strange overbearing communication from the property. AFTER you book a non refundable stay, you get sent a message from the property saying you must text them your email address. They send a list of rules 2.5 hours before check in and you are not allowed to check until you agree to them and give some 4 digit code they send you. I’ve never experienced that. You have to give a $100 cash deposit at check in as well. They text your phone at 9:37 pm a very lengthy reminder of “rules” and quiet hours. It felt very overbearing and unsettling and h you feel like you are being watched the entire time- even if you aren’t doing anything wrong, just enjoying a trip with your family. The beds and pillows are rock hard. The location is great.

Within a block of the beach

There was some confusion at check-in but the delightful man helping us got it all fixed up. It was a shame we didn't schedule longer. Parking is really tight in their dedicated spaces, but space is at a premium everywhere down here. They provided plenty of coffee pods which was very sweet.
